1. The client shall reimburse Photographer for any additional costs the Photographer may incur to travel, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

2. The deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the client choses to cancel or change the engagement for any reasoning. However, if the Photographer fails to appear at the location and time specified above, the deposit shall be refunded to the client.

3. Photographs shall be available to the client digitally (Whether through email, social media platform, SD cards or flash drives). Digital copies will be available to the client within 7 days after the service date. Client has unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs and may print or use them in way they see fit.

4. The client shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired Photographs, including but not limited to specifying person and/or scenes to be photographed: taking time to pose for photographs at the photographer’s direction’ pre-shoot consultations, etc. The photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

5. The client must also communicate with the photographer to ensure desired photographs are taken at the time of the service. Once the service has ended, there will be no retakes unless another service has been scheduled and paid for.

6. The photographer retains all copyright in the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.

7. The deposit is due the date of signing the service contract. Full payment of service is due by the date of the service. The deposit amount is 50% of the agreed upon service arrangement.

 

By signing this contract, the Client has read and understood the above agreements. IF the client breaks this contract, this terminates any and all future services and NO fees or deposits shall be refunded.
